No "Commissaire
aux Comptes" is to be appointed. However all securitisation
vehicles (companies or funds) must be audited by an External
Auditor ("Réviseur d'Entreprises"). This auditor
is to be approved by the CSSF
when he audits accounts of approved securitisation vehicles.
